The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted as a basis the bill "To amend several legislative acts of Ukraine" (re improvement of legal regulation of administrative relations between the bodies of state supervision in the sphere of civil protection, fire and technogenic safety, and economic agents)

The bill (Reg. No. 10529-1) simplifies the mechanism of legal groundwork of fire and technogenic safety of economic activity.

The respective amendments shall be made to the Code of Administrative Violations of Ukraine, the Code of Administrative Justice of Ukraine, the laws "On Fire Safety", "On Legal Principles of Civil Protection", "On Main Principles of State Supervision (Control) in Economic Activity", "On the List of Licenses in Economic Activity", and ‘On Court Fees".
